What We Built
We designed and built a hospital-wide ERP for Hospitals that replaced three disconnected legacy systems with a single platform covering OPD/IPD management, billing, pharmacy inventory and lab integration. The rollout was phased across departments over 10 weeks with on-site staff training. Post-launch, patient record retrieval time dropped significantly and billing errors were reduced through automated tariff rules.
