BuildRight managed multiple construction sites using spreadsheets, an approach that made it difficult to catch material shortages or budget overruns until they had already become costly problems on site. They needed a system that could give them early warning across every active project rather than after-the-fact reporting.

Techomaxx delivered a construction ERP that tracked material procurement, labour allocation and project milestones across all of BuildRight's active sites in real time. Rather than site managers reporting progress manually at the end of each week, the system captured procurement and labour data as it happened, feeding a management dashboard that could flag when a project's spend or timeline was drifting away from plan.

With budget and schedule data now visible in near real time rather than surfacing weeks later in a spreadsheet review, BuildRight's management gained early warning on budget drift across sites, allowing them to intervene on cost or resourcing issues before they compounded into larger overruns. Coordinating material procurement and labour across multiple sites also became noticeably more organised than the previous spreadsheet-based approach.
