EduNext Campus ERP

EduNext needed a single system to manage admissions, fee collection, attendance and exam results across its campus, having previously relied on a mix of spreadsheets and standalone tools that made it hard for staff, students and parents to stay on the same page. Techomaxx was brought in to consolidate these processes into one role-based ERP.

We designed the platform around the distinct needs of each user group: administrators managing admissions and fee structures, teachers recording attendance and grades, and parents tracking their child's progress and outstanding fees. The system included dedicated parent and teacher portals, automated fee payment reminders to reduce overdue collections, and biometric attendance integration so daily attendance was captured accurately without manual registers.

Because every department worked from the same underlying data, information that previously lived in separate spreadsheets, such as a student's fee status and attendance record, became visible in one place for the staff who needed it. Within the first semester of use, EduNext reported faster fee reconciliation and noticeably improved communication between teachers and parents, who no longer had to rely on phone calls or paper notices for updates.
