GreenFields Insurance Claims Portal

GreenFields Insurance processed claims almost entirely on paper, a process that meant claims could sit for weeks working through manual review before a customer received a decision. They wanted a way to speed up processing without compromising the accuracy of claim assessments.

Techomaxx built a self-service portal where customers could upload claim documents and photos of damage directly from their phone or computer, removing the need to mail or hand-deliver paperwork. On the backend, we built AI-assisted damage assessment that reviewed submitted photos and documents to flag straightforward cases for fast-track approval, while routing more complex or ambiguous claims to human adjusters for manual review.

By automating the triage step that previously required a claims handler to manually sort every submission, GreenFields was able to move average claim processing time from a matter of weeks down to a matter of days for the cases the system could fast-track. Adjusters could then focus their attention on the more complex claims that genuinely needed human judgement.
