PropVista wanted to stand out from generic property listing sites, which typically offer little beyond static photos and basic filters, by giving buyers a richer, more immersive way to evaluate properties online before scheduling an in-person visit.

Techomaxx built a marketplace featuring 360-degree virtual tours that let buyers walk through a property remotely, mortgage calculators embedded directly into listing pages to help buyers understand affordability without leaving the site, and an agent CRM that gave PropVista's agents structured lead management instead of tracking enquiries manually. The virtual tour feature was built to work smoothly across both desktop and mobile browsers without requiring buyers to install any special app.

After the virtual tour feature launched, listing engagement time increased significantly, with buyers spending considerably longer exploring individual properties compared to static photo listings, which gave agents better-qualified leads by the time a buyer reached out. The embedded CRM also gave PropVista visibility into which listings were converting enquiries into serious buyer interest.
