TransFleet Logistics Dashboard

TransFleet operated a delivery fleet spread across multiple cities but had no real-time way to see where vehicles were, whether deliveries were running late, or when drivers deviated from planned routes. They needed a dashboard that could give dispatchers this visibility as it happened, not after the fact.

Techomaxx integrated GPS telematics hardware already installed in TransFleet's vehicles with a custom API layer that normalised and streamed location data into a central system. On top of this, we built a real-time dashboard for dispatchers showing live vehicle location, delivery delays and route deviations, along with route optimisation features that suggested more efficient paths based on current traffic and delivery order.

With dispatchers able to see delays and deviations as they happened rather than learning about them from a driver phone call after the fact, TransFleet could intervene earlier and re-route around problems in real time. The route optimisation features also contributed to a reduction in average fuel cost per delivery by cutting unnecessary mileage.

This project reflects the logistics and transport work Techomaxx does: building telematics-integrated fleet dashboards that give operations teams real-time visibility into vehicle location, delays and utilisation across a distributed fleet.
